Here is the world above the clouds, as seen on my journey back to Cleveland in October 2002. I was going to be met at the airport and I knew the weather on the ground was going to be grey and overcast, so I took these pictures to keep available the image of a world of brightness high above. The first picture is from near the Atlantic coast, the last while descending into the clouds approaching Cleveland over Lake Erie.
