Select the order in which to list the cheeses: name in alphabetical order general type (eg. Cheddar, Stilton) milk type (eg. cow, ewe, goat) categorisation (eg. Bloom rind, soft) country of origin
If you select a cheese (click the button at the left-hand edge) then click the "send" button (bottom of page), you will get a more complete description of the cheese
